Join The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training program and be part of the exclusive team that trains to save the lives of blood cancer patients. You’ll train for a half marathon with one goal in mind: to find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. Training With C.R.E.W.

Are you ready to train for the Publix Savannah Women’s Half Marathon? If the answer is yes, then Fleet Feet Sports Savannah has you covered!

Join Fleet Feet Sports Savannah and C.R.E.W. to prepare for race day!

The C.R.E.W. Half Marathon Training Program is a 16 week program which meets three times a week designed to prepare runners/walkers for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal.  This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running anatomy.

The Program meets Tuesday/Thursday morning OR evening and all groups on Saturday morning.  The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. In addition to the workouts there are educational seminars, motivational speakers, newsletters keeping you up to date, group support, free injury screening through Ledesma Sports Medicine, fun runs, catered breakfasts every few months, and expert coaching/mentoring to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey.

The cost to join C.R.E.W. is $139 and includes a technical running t-shirt, three coaches training sessions a week, discounts, giveaways and various clinics throughout the training.

Join our Virtual Program! training

The Virtual Half Marathon Training Program is a 16 week program which provides you with all the tools to train on your own or with a group of your girlfriends! You will be provided with a full workout schedule, weekly newsletters to keep you up to date, coaching to help inspire and motivate you and a closed Facebook group for all training participants. There will also be a post-race celebration on event day for you to celebrate with other Fleet Feet C.R.E.W. participants.

The cost to join Virtual C.R.E.W. is $59 and includes a technical running shirt (we will mail it to you!) and all the inspiration that you need to complete the program.
