Join Fleet Feet Running Club Savannah’s Half Marathon Training Program to prepare for race day!
Fleet Feet Running Club Savannah’s Half Marathon Training Program is a 12-week program meeting three times a week designed to prepare runners/walkers for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running anatomy.
The group meets Tuesday/Thursday evening at 6 p.m. and Saturday morning at 7 a.m. The workouts last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. In addition to the workouts there are educational seminars, motivational speakers, newsletters keeping you up to date, group support, free injury screening through Ledesma Sports Medicine, fun runs, catered breakfasts every few months and expert coaching/mentoring to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey.
The cost to join the Fleet Feet Running Club Savannah’s Half Marathon Training Program is $125 and includes a technical running t-shirt, three coached training sessions a week, discounts, giveaways and various clinics throughout the training. If you have trained with us at the half marathon distance before, you can register for just $85.
