If you judge your events based on their course beauty, look no further than the Publix Savannah Women’s Half & 5K. Experience streets lined with live oak trees, city squares throughout the course, marching bands, fun, interactive characters like Savannah’s own Forrest Gump, culminating with a finish in front of the beautiful Forsyth Park fountain. We think it’s the most beautiful race in the country, and we want to share that beauty with you! COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

 

Start Line

On your marks, get set, GO! Get ready to start the most beautiful women's half marathon & 5K in the country. 
 

Girl Scout Cookie Cheer Station

Do-si-do to the birthplace of Juliette Gordon Low and grab a cookie from a local Girl Scout troop!
 

Forrest Gump

Meet Savannah's own Forrest Gump, sitting on the bench that made him famous in Chippewa Square. 
 

Washington Avenue

Half marathoners will enjoy the Ardsley Park area of the course, centered around historic Washington Avenue, featuring some of Savannah's most beautiful, historic homes and ancient live oak trees.
 

Grayson Stadium

Savannah historic baseball stadium has seen the likes of Hank Aaron and Babe Ruth and now watches as thousands of women run through it, all while a marching band serenades your trip.
 

Cathedral of St. John the Baptist

One of the most picturesque spots on the course takes place in front of the historic Cathedral of St. John the Baptist.
 

Finish Line

This is it, this is the culmination of all of your hard work. Take it in as you cross the beautiful finish line in front of Forsyth Park fountain.
